Driftwood is a 2 level beach house - with access stairs to the upper level internally and also from the back yard that lead to a verandah and sliding doors.

A large open plan living area with lounges, TV , reverse cycle air conditioning, there is a dining area with banquette/corner booth seating around a wooden table with a view out across the small holiday park to the coastal vegetation and ocean. The kitchen is comfortably equipped with an island bench. There is access through triple sliding doors to a large front and back verandahs.
The back verandah has an easy clean, flat plate /griddle bbq that's connected to reticulated gas - and with the sliding doors open it makes for an even larger open plan dining kitchen area.
Parking
You can fit up to 2 cars in the driveway, behind a remote controlled security gate.

* Please, look after the remote control for the gate - it is a costly and a time consuming device to replace - it is a $150 replacement fee from the bond for lost remote
