Jodie Clifton-Collins is a lifelong local of the Bega Valley, with deep roots in the community and a strong commitment to the region she calls home. As Principal of Elders Tathra and a Senior Property Manager, Jodie brings over 20 years of hands-on experience to the role—balancing professionalism, care, and practical knowledge in every interaction.

Jodie began her career in real estate straight out of high school, gaining early insight into the industry through local part-time work. Since 2004, she has focused on property management, building lasting relationships with landlords and tenants alike. Her approach is both proactive and people-focused, ensuring that properties are cared for and clients feel supported throughout every stage.

Working closely alongside Tracey Ainsworth, Jodie forms one half of a highly trusted and capable property management team. Together, they pride themselves on delivering clear communication, reliable service, and solutions that work for both owners and tenants.

Outside of work, Jodie is a devoted mum and a passionate member of the Bega Valley community. She’s actively involved in the local horse riding scene and supports a range of local groups and events. Whether it’s helping families settle into a new rental or supporting community activities on the weekend, Jodie is always working to make a positive difference in the place she proudly calls home
